Terms of Service
Last updated October 15, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (and the company you act for) and 3D Prints LLC (“we”, “us”), which runs DumpTruck. By creating an account or using DumpTruck you agree to them. If you use DumpTruck for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.
1. What DumpTruck does
DumpTruck is an online board and dispatch service. Contractors and other customers post dump-truck work, and independent carriers — owner-operators and fleets — claim it. DumpTruck records the working day, invoices the customer and pays the carrier. We arrange the work; the hauling itself is done by the carriers, who are independent businesses and not our employees or agents.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. You sign in with a code texted to your mobile phone. Keep your phone and any approval PIN secure, and tell us if you think your account has been misused.
- Company owners invite and remove their own team members and are responsible for what their team does in DumpTruck.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or does not pay.
3. Customers
- Posting a job commits you to pay for the trucks that are claimed, at the rate, fuel surcharge and rules shown when you post. Those terms are locked to the job.
- Billable time is the hours worked on your job plus a ride-time allowance (currently 45 minutes per truck-day). One-load jobs and late cancellations are billed a minimum (currently two hours per truck).
- Cancelling is free until two hours before the start time; after that, each claimed truck is billed the minimum. If weather stops the work on site, you pay for the hours worked.
- Approving hours: a foreman or owner approves each day with their PIN. A day that is not approved or disputed within 24 hours is approved automatically.
- Paying: you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each invoice. Bank (ACH) payments and debit cards carry no surcharge; credit cards carry a surcharge of up to 3% where the law allows, shown before you pay. Customers on approved credit terms pay by the due date on the invoice. Overdue balances may be charged a late fee of 1.5% per month, or the highest rate the law allows if that is lower.
- Hot Loads: any bonus you add to a job is passed to the carrier.
- Strikes and blocks: you may record a strike against a carrier for a no-show or another serious problem, giving the reason, and you may block carriers from your jobs.
4. Carriers and drivers
- You are an independent business. You decide how to do the work, supply and maintain your trucks, employ or contract your drivers, and pay your own fuel, tolls, taxes and other costs.
- You must hold, and keep current, every license, registration and permit the work requires, and insurance of at least $1,000,000 auto liability, $1,000,000 general liability and $100,000 cargo, plus workers’ compensation as North Carolina law requires. Owner-operators without workers’ compensation must hold a USDOT number and drive their own truck. You upload proof for approval and keep it up to date.
- Claiming is binding. When you claim a truck-day, that truck is committed to the job. If you need to be released, ask through the app; the customer decides.
- Location: drivers’ phones record location from punch-in to punch-out on each job. This shows the customer where the truck is and is the record of the day, so drivers must punch in and out accurately.
- Pay: you are paid the trucker amount shown in the app for each day — your hourly or per-ton rate, 90% of the fuel surcharge and any Hot Load bonus — after the customer’s payment for that day has cleared (“pay when paid”). Payouts go to the bank account you connect through Stripe; you must finish Stripe’s onboarding to be paid.
- Strikes: three strikes within six months suspend your company for 30 days. After a suspension you are on probation, and a strike during probation can remove you from DumpTruck. You can ask us to review a strike you believe is wrong.
5. Text messages
- When you sign in, we text a one-time code to your mobile number. With text alerts on, we also text you about your jobs — for example new loads, claims and schedule changes, same-truck offers, day approvals, and payment and document reminders.
- Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and START to opt back in. While you are opted out you will not receive sign-in codes by text. Reply HELP for help, or email office@3dprintsusa.co.
- You can also turn text alerts off in the app’s Settings and keep getting alerts inside the app.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile number.
6. Using DumpTruck properly
Do not give false information, post fake jobs or claims, interfere with the service, try to reach other companies’ records, or use contact details from DumpTruck for anything other than the work.
7. What you upload
You keep ownership of the photos, documents and messages you upload. You allow us to store, use and show them as needed to run DumpTruck — for example, showing a scale-ticket photo to the customer on that job.
8. No guarantees
We work to keep DumpTruck available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that jobs will be posted or claimed, that the service will never be interrupted, or that map positions will be exact. Carriers are responsible for the hauling, and customers are responsible for their job sites and loads.
9. Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees we earned from your account in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Covering our costs
You agree to cover claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your work, your trucks or job sites, your team’s conduct, or your breach of these terms.
11. Disputes and governing law
North Carolina law governs these terms. Before starting a legal claim, contact us so we can try to resolve it. Any claim goes to the state or federal courts for Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, unless we agree otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and tell you in the app or by text if a change is significant. Jobs already posted keep the rates and rules they were posted with.
